Above is a "horizontal line" (in 'basic' on the right hand side)
To add a block of text like this, just drag the 'text' widget (under 'basic' on the right) to somewhere below your page title and above the "yola" brand thing at the bottom. You can change the text with the toolbar below above like you do when using Word.
You can add picture boxes (like the one below) the same way as adding text - see my "picture gallery" page for more info.
Use the column divider to break things up into smaller sections like this...
...and this. You can choose the basic overall layout for the page using "Layout" in the menu across the top.
There are a few other pages on this website, check them out by clicking on the links above. The standard website you started with will have most of these, just use the 'Page' menus above to add new pages if you want more!
